Residential clients will be guided through three design creation phases before the design is implemented in the home.

Phase One

1. Initial consult
2. Site visit with client along with interview about the space 
3. Budget for the project is set 

Phase Two

1. Planning and development of design
2. Layout of specs and pricing of items 

Phase Three

1. Presentation of design via Zoom 
2. Review of items by client and notes or changes made

All phases billed at hourly rate. 

Once the three design creation phases are complete, clients will have two implementation options.

Implementation Option One
DIY 
​Client takes list created by designer and handles ordering, install, and design implementation.

Implementation Option Two
​Full Service Turn Key Design
Designer will take finalized and approved list, order, receive/inspect, deliver, install items in home/space.

Miscellaneous:
Small items such as accessories are not approved via list/presentation and are placed in space for 48 hrs. with install to let customer approve, any items not approved will be removed and refunded.
